Academic Year 2025-2026 Assignment Timeline
Renew Your Room
Current residents may have the ability to renew their current room assignment for the next academic year if eligible. Eligibility to renew your room is based on the completed date of the AY 2025-2026 housing contract and if your current room is available for renewal.
- Housing Contract Deadline: February 10, 2025
- Renew Your Room event opens on MyUSAHousing: February 17-20, 2025
IMPORTANT: Residents in the below buildings/rooms are NOT eligible to renew their same room:
Select rooms are ineligible for renewal due to being reserved for approved University groups/departments or for accessibility accommodations.

Priority Room Selection
Current residents have first priority room selection of all rooms (excluding Azalea Hall, Camellia Hall, Epsilon 1 & 2, or Delta 6). Room selection priority is based on the completed date of the AY 2024-2025 Housing contract.
- Housing Contract Deadline: February 10, 2025
- RoomSync Roommate Matching Deadline: February 1, 2025
- Priority Room Selection event opens on MyUSAHousing: February 25-28, 2025
Students will receive details by email to their JagMail about these assignment events, including timeslots for participation.
